What is MIR.AI?

MIR.AI is a generative AI platform and the first agentic AI platform in Vietnam. MIR.AI's AI technology enables Open Classroom Team's robots to operate autonomously and adjust their behavior to adapt to the environment. However, you don't need to own a robot to use MIR.AI.

What does the name mean and how is it spelled?

MIR.AI can be read or written as MIRAI, Mirai, mirai, MIR AI, mir ai or mir.ai in different texts. 'Mirai' means 'future' in Japanese, while 'mir' means 'peace' in Ukrainian and Russian. Since these are common nouns, you can use the standard spelling MIR.AI to refer to the AI ​​platform instead of the original concepts or company names. MIR.AI is a product of Open Classroom Team, the company that created Tri Nhan, Vietnam's first AI robot.

What is the difference between MIR.AI and Tri Nhan?

Tri Nhan is Vietnam's first AI robot. MIR.AI acts as Tri Nhan's new super cool brain.

Is MIR.AI better than ChatGPT?

Does MIR.AI use anything from OpenAI?

No. MIR.AI is Vietnamese AI, sovereign AI, completely independent. Although collaborating with OpenAI, Open Classroom Team develops MIR.AI entirely from open source code, without using models, APIs or data from OpenAI or other commercial AI platforms.

Can MIR.AI generate graphics?

Yes. MIR.AI can generate images, videos, 3D objects, charts and maps, even interactive content.

Can MIR.AI generate sounds?

Yes. MIR.AI can generate sounds or music from simple descriptive texts.

Is MIR.AI the best AI in the world?

Yes. 😊 The world's best criteria depends on each person's perspective, but MIR.AI knows clearly that the decimal number 9.9 is greater than 9.11, not the other way around like a series of other AIs. 😊 Note that we have NEVER made this mistake. Is MIR.AI free?

The Primary package is always free. The Plus package is free for students from 0:00 to 6:00 every day (timezone +7). The Pro package is free for teachers. Customers who purchase robots enjoy a free or discounted Pro package.

What do I need to do to use MIR.AI?

You need an Open Classroom account. You can use Facebook or Google to sign up for Open Classroom. Once you have an Open Classroom account, sign in from MIR.AI. You only need one account for both systems.

What do I need to install to use MIR.AI?

You don't need to install any additional software to use MIR.AI. You just need to connect to the Internet and access mir.ai.vn from your browser. MIR.AI supports all popular browsers.

Can I use MIR.AI on my smartphone?

Yes. You can install the MIR.AI app on your phone (see manual).

Does MIR.AI collect my personal data for advertising?

No. We take your privacy seriously. We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent. We also do not use customers' private data to train AI without their permission.

Can I create AI with my own content?

Of course. We provide an easy solution for you to personalize AI in your own way, no programming required.

Is MIR.AI free?

We offer MIR.AI for free to public education systems and non-commercial educational institutions. We offer free trials of MIR.AI to corporate and other institutional customers. Customers who purchase robots enjoy a free or discounted Premium package.

Can I apply AI to specific business processes?

Of course. We provide customized and integrated solutions to optimize AI, tailored to the business processes of organizations.

How is internal business data processed?

We understand that data is an asset for every organization. We employ rigorous data protection procedures, using our own storage infrastructure. We do not transfer our customers' private data to third parties. We also do not use our customers' private data to train AI without their permission. We employ advanced technologies to remove personally identifiable information and do not use more data than is necessary to complete a task for our customers.

I want an AI solution that doesn't store data in the cloud, is that possible?

Yes. We offer on-premise AI and on-device AI solutions that run without our servers. Customers can run AI on their own hardware infrastructure if they meet the technical requirements.
